Yeah, just a lot of stuff there is allowed, sometimes I question how people get all those blams.
@Creeperforce24 For older accounts a big chunk of the blams are from a time where 200 votes came quicker than the moderation team could look into reports from people blowing their whistles. If something was "obviously" against the rules, it often got blammed pretty quick.
Today, it's the other way around. Under Judgment stuff that would have given a blam point often gets removed for rule violation. It's better for NG as a whole, since those accounts get "noticed" by the moderation team, but it makes the statistics look odd sometimes.
And of course, users are too kind and forgiving when it comes to rating crap they would never have watched to the end otherwise. As @Aalasteir frequently says in his interviews: "It's almost impossible to get blammed today."
