@Creeperforce24 Uhhh... Normally I would say "Report it to the admins/mods on the site in question.", but YouTube does _not_ care about any request that isn't directly or indirectly backed up with lawyers.
You can certainly 'try', but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Especially because the platform is... How to put it...? "Judging from their past actions it would seem plausible that the platform is run by people who would encourage their viewers to listen to right-wing propaganda and such..."
