thanks @Shangxian for letting me know I got in the top takeover tuesdays!


In other news, still alive, and marks my 2 weeks of exercise! I’m gonna keep moving forward of course, this exercise is kinda fun lol. Painful, but fun!

I have also made a portfolio, some of my works that have distinct styles, and just ones I’m purely proud of really!


All my music is free as long as im credited, I also prefer to be let known about it!

Cool. What kinda exercise are we talking about?

Mainly just physical exercise, Cardio, lifting weights, push-ups and squats, etc.

Nice. 👍🏼 I've only one thing to add: don't get "mirror disease"...meaning don't fall into the trap of focusing too much on muscles you see when looking in the mirror. Toned pectorals & big biceps are great, sure. But if you focus on visible muscles too much & neglect the antagonist ones (lats, rear deltoids, etc.) then that will lead to joint pain & other problems later on.
