One of my faves! Love the melodies!

You truly believe you can make an explosion bigger then mine? With just the use of measly stick of dynamite? Oh, it will take much more then just a few red sticks with gunpowder to compete with even a fraction of me!

Nice work man! It’s pretty neat, I like the bass, and the mixing is a lot better compared to a lot of your other songs! Keep it up!

Parsolar but someone peer pressured her into smoking that Zaza

Definitely something GD related.

It has a lot of instruments similar to a musician that starts with G… I forgot his name, but he’s known for the GD level known as X. Coolio work!

BEAUTIFUL!

Instrumentation is spectacular in this, a lot of nostalgic and ghoulish instruments, instruments that reek of entering a place you don’t belong, but you are more then confident you’ll survive! It’s a bit empty at 1:00 but then the orchestral hits and make a catchy yet riveting tune, melodies and transitions between parts of the song are extremely well done! Some parts do seem repeated over and over to a repetitive amount, but it’s a honest mistake, I make it too often. :)

Really beautiful and atmospheric work here, very inspirational for my own VGM styled music, maybe I’ll add in some Asian styled instruments lol! Strong work!

A lot of familiar names here!

It reminds me of when I was younger and I would watch random Minecraft videos, this is the kind of intro Minecraft YouTubers would have XD. Though the mixing and everything else is good, the mix isn’t unique and carries a lot of Melodies I’ve heard before, at least in the beginning. But then the dubstep part hits, and that’s when shit went into DJ Nate or skrillex type stuff. Dubstep here is extremely well made, wish I could make the same quality XD. The sample fit in perfectly as well.
The intermission with the cutesy synth, before the drums kick in truly make for a good atmosphere. The second part is not like the first, it’s unique and atmospheric, and uses a few experimental qualities! I love the second part! First part is good too! It’s just not my style I suppose lol!

Nice work everyone!

Not bad man! I like the fact it’s so plucky. It varies in Melodies a lot, but it for some reason feels like it’s a bit repetitive, like it’s looping. Some parts are a bit empty, 1:18 for example. Overall, pretty straight forward song that does the job right! Nice work!

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback! This one is from the beginning of last year, and was made with the intention of being a part of a particular scene of animation, so I didn't want to make things too terribly big and overwhelming in certain places (and it wasn't really touched again after being scrapped from the episode), I've been working on my mixing and composition over time though, so hopefully the emptiness or repetitiveness will be remedied for later releases!

Definitely gonna listen to everyone today soon! Thanks for having me for round 2!

Ok! So you do know how to make better melodies… XD. The drum loop could be a bit less choppy in the beginning, and of course their are some mixing problems, too much repetitiveness and such, but all it really takes is practice!

Thanks for the feedback c:

A lot of these songs were rushed, I made them all in around 3 months... not nearly enough time to produce 8 fully complete songs. Funny story, most of them were made at school with some garageband plugins as the school used Mac pc's.

I've recently moved on to FL studio 21 as I main windows at home, and I'm learning it with help from Shulkern, another small producer here on NG. Thx bro :)

All it takes is practice, we definitely need some better melodies, maybe find a certain key that works for you, since the piano is way off key. Many of the sfx are too loud, such as 0:46. At 0:54 that does have a sort of melody, even if it is off a little. I’d also try and add a drum loop of some sort. If I were to name all the advice I’d give to improve this, you’d probably end up more confused then with knowledge.
If you really want to get good advice, I’d recommend checking in with someone known as @Taintedlogic, you just gotta be willing to take his criticism as just that, rather than as insults. He can be a bit harsh, but his critiques have definitely helped me in the past few years!
But the main part is to keep practicing, practice making melodies, practicing new things, and just not giving cause something doesn’t work.

Tr1ck70 responds:

Thanks for feedback! As the description says, this was definitely meant to be the curtain-closer to this album/ep, but it definitely could have been better, like you said with volume control on sfx and piano being off key and seperate tempos.
