Not bad man! I like it!
Hey look! Another probably pretty cool song!
I like the cute synths at the beginning! It’s really reminiscent of geometry dash music with those synths, as well as trance as a whole. Bass sounds very strange but I like it! Many of the instruments sound a little on the dissonant side. The transitioning is a little on the strange side, it’s too spread out, usually it’s sudden, but this is a little too spread out. The sudden next transition into a Japanese styled track is also a bit jarring, I do like the violin that comes afterward! Some parts also feel a little empty on the track, but overall it’s still got a certain theme. Using the zaps as percs were a bit odd but could work if you filtered them a little.
It’s not your best, but it’s still pretty nice listen. Keep up the good work!
Appreciate the comment! Thank you!
This is actually a very nice sounding melody, at the start. The piano is a little dissonant and offkey at times but overall it works its magic. It does truly remind me of a snowfall. The bell is also a cute introduction, my favorite instrument in the piece! The shaker I’d recommend turning it down just a tinch. The art tome looked dark and depressing, so really this track doesn’t exactly fit with the art. Overall production, composition wise, this is a great song, there could be more variety but be proud of making it into AIM. Nice work my friend! Happy to follow u <3

Not that good of sound design, but judging from what @StixDevs is saying, I do actually like the composition a lot! A lot of the instruments don’t sound real or in the open enough, like they are all filtered in some way, I would recommend using a high pass filter, that could help, some EQ could also help in many ways, maybe even multi-band. You seem like a beginner, so focus on mastering the basics, basics in composition before moving onto more advanced tools like EQ or Compressors. Either way don’t quit! Keep on producing my friend :D
Me when the anxios
Hey man… I feel this song is a bout today and really just all the BS that’s been going on. From wars started by old men with the mentality of children, inflation beyond your belief… yeah today’s world sucks. But hey, I feel this actually is like a song in order to keep moving on.
But hey this actually does goes pretty hard, the song is a little offbeat from the lyrics, but I guess that just comes with practice. The beat itself is fire, big fan of the snare. Really amazing lyrics either way, I can’t say much, I guess there could be more variety in the drums, like some different quieted percussion. But hey nice work, keep producing man.
Does sound a bit nostalgic, and maybe it’s just me but why does it sound like a deltarune track XD
I do like the sound design, only thing I can really say that’s bad about this track is the repetition it has, it sounds the exact same the whole way through basically. But I do like the sound design, production, effects, filtering, etc! Really awesome work!
That's fair, as much as the song is supposed to be simple it can use a little more compositional variety :D
A bit of jarring instruments, but overall this is a pretty nice piece, a lot of phasers and flangers. I would try making it sound less filtered by adding in some more bass to the track. Pretty sweet and unique style tho. :)
thank you so much for the feedback, it means a lot. ill for sure throw some bass in there if i do decide to come back to this
I’m a big fan of the atmospheric beginning. The bass I feel is a little loud, but I do like the melody you went with! At 1:09 the transition from the atmospher beat turns suddenly into something else, it’s very dissonant and off, + the transitioning to that was very jarring and sudden. It switches back to the atmospheric hip hop. The ambience then leading to the beat once more had an odd riser, at the end there was a silent gap, although In many cases, you’d want that, but in this one not really, I would’ve tried aligning the end of the riser with the start of the beat.
The beat over time became a little tiring since it is a little repetitive.
You had a lot of good ideas for the second part, even if it still had the dissonant lead, i liked the addition of the new lead note after the end and the different snares. The vocals are pretty cool but I would recommend turning them down, they sorta get in the way of the beat at the end. The lead and the bell going together is pretty neat.
I do like the sound design on many of the instruments, but your composition needs a little work, but overall, pretty good work! Keep producing! Happy 100 fans!
Thanks for such a detailed feedback!
